If you pay for a current account with Santander, you have a Packaged Bank Account (PBA).
Packaged Bank Accounts are the next PPI. If you can’t, or don’t, use the extra features you’re paying for – you may be entitled to compensation.
You can still claim if your account has been closed or downgraded in the last 3 years, or even if you’re still paying for it.
We make claiming easy. We can take care of everything. From filing the initial paperwork to hounding Santander to pay what they owe. All you have to do is fill out a claim form and send it to us.
You can download your Claim Pack now, or request one by post – whichever is easiest for you.
Download a Claim Pack now: Just click on the ‘Download Claim Pack’ button, print the form, complete and return to us at our address.
Request a Claim Pack by post: To get a Claim Pack by post, simply fill in your details in the ‘Start Your Claim’ form to the right and we’ll get one out to you immediately. Return the completed form using the included freepost envelope.

Packaged Bank Accounts are any current account with a monthly fee. PBAs were mis-sold on an industrial scale.
There are approximately 10 million PBAs active today. Potentially millions more have been closed. Every major UK bank has admitted to routinely mis-selling PBAs, foisting inappropriate products onto sometimes unwitting consumers.
At a cost of £5-£30 per month, millions of people have been paying hundreds of pounds per year for products they either don’t need or can’t use. Some people were even moved onto these accounts without being aware of it.
If you are one of those people, you could be entitled to compensation. And we can help you get it. Check our PBA mis-selling guide to see if you could qualify.
Today, Santander’s range of 1|2|3 current accounts offer varying levels of cashback on household bills and interest for monthly fees ranging from £1 to £10 per month (which grants a fee-free overdraft).
But before the popular 1|2|3 accounts Santander offered a baffling array of Packaged Bank Accounts including: the Reward Current Account, Family Reward Current Account, Premium Current Account, Premier 50 Current Account and Travel Rewards Current Account.
Santander dropped PBAs in 2013, supposedly in a bid to “simplify their product line” (which it surely did) but perhaps partially motivated by the brewing controversy over PBAs in the wider industry.
Having dropped PBAs so early means Santander have escaped much of the criticism levelled at PBA providers – but that doesn’t mean they’re sin-free. If you had one of Santander’s many PBAs before being shifted on to the fee-free Everyday Account, you still may have been mis-sold it, and you still may be entitled to compensation.
