How do I claim packaged bank account charges?

A Packaged Bank Account (PBA) is a bank account where customers pay a monthly fee. In exchange, they are given access to inclusive products such as mobile phone insurance, travel insurance or breakdown cover.

However, many banks mis-sold PBA. If you think you may be entitled to a refund or compensation for a mis-sold Packaged Bank Account (PBA), then the first step is to find out if you are eligible.

How do I know if I’m eligible for a PBA refund?
